I am the owner of and have carefully inspected the items that I am consigning. Each of my items is in good operating condition, reasonable wear, and is not damaged/incomplete; Any repaired item was repaired by the original manufacturer; None of my items is recalled/unsafe for others). I have reviewed the "no thank you" list, and I understand that if I have a Fast Pass, I will lose it if more than 5 of my items are pulled for stains/damage, season, recalls, or outdated style.
I understand that each consignor number may only have 300 tagged clothing items to ensure rack space for every consignor. If I have more than 300 clothing items, I have tagged them under a second consignor number or have paid the high volume seller fee. If it is found that I brought more than the limit for a consignor account, I understand that the additional fee will be paid out of my consignor check to compensate for additional staff needed to process my items.
In order to make sure my items scan at the registers, I attest that I have registered as "consignor" on the myjbftags site and have subsequently pressed the "tagging" button at least one time AFTER registration. If this step is missed, an administrative fee of $5 for my tags to be manually pointed applies.
I am participating in the JBF consignment sale as a consignor and/or team member. I understand that JBF (Twice Redeemed, LLC) is not responsible for loss or damage of my items, that I will be charged a $20 consignor fee ($25 if valet), and that I will earn the base commission of 60% of my gross sales unless I join the JBF team (45% if valet).
I understand that there are risks associated with selling items in a public venue, and I have the option to place high value and/or high theft items in more secure locations. It is my responsibility to place my items in these secure areas during Drop Off (please inquire when you arrive).
I understand that JBF of Springfield is only a broker or agent for the Consignor. JBF of Springfield has no obligation to pay for unsold items. Title possession remains with the Consignor.

I understand JBF Springfield will sell the items I am consigning for the price listed on the barcode tags I have created. I understand that the price sold will be controlled by the printed tag attached to the item & not any subsequent changes online. Items marked to "reduce" with a star will be reduced by 50% on discount days.
I understand that if I have marked my items to DONATE, they will have one additional opportunity to sell AFTER the close of the 50% off sale. Sort Team will be able to purchase items marked DONATE while they sort for 75% off the ticketed price, so long as they are marked also to reduce.
I understand that JBF Springfield will AUTOMATICALLY DONATE the following low sell-through categories regardless of the designation in my JBF Tags account: CD’s, DVD's/Blu-Ray's, & Party Supplies.
I verify that no item I am consigning is the subject of any current, pending or threatened recall notice according to the Consumer Products Safety Commission. I have inspected each item for safety, including checking all pockets for choking hazards or for items that may pose a risk to children.
Each item is clean, in good operating condition & is not defective, broken or damaged in any way. If any item is purchased and returned because it is defective, is missing parts or does not work, I will not be paid any amount for the sale of that item.
I understand that I will be paid by eCheck within 24-48 hours of item pick up. I will have 90 days to cash/deposit the check, after which a $40 administrative fee will be imposed for a re-issue. After one year, the only method of payment re-issue is JBF Bucks to be spent at the Springfield location.
I understand that by appearing in a public venue as a shopper or consignor, JBF has my permission to use my image in any JBF publicity avenue they choose. I may verbally request to not be photographed at the Sale.
I understand that the email address listed in my JBF Profile will be used to issue my consignor payment unless I request a paper check sent via US mail.
