I understand that each consignor number may only have 300 tagged clothing items to ensure rack space for every consignor. If I have more than 300 clothing items, I have tagged them under a second consignor number.
In order to make sure my items scan at the registers, I attest that I have registered as "consignor" on the tagging site and have subsequently pressed the "tagging" button at least one time AFTER registration. I understand that an administrative fee of $5 will apply if I skip this step and my tags have to be manually entered at the register.
I am participating in the JBF consignment sale as a consignor and/or team member. I understand that JBF (Twice Redeemed, LLC) is not responsible for loss or damage of my items, that I will be charged a $15 consignor fee, and that I will earn the base commission of 60% of my gross sales unless I join the JBF team (45% if valet).
I attest that am the owner of ALL of the items I am bringing to sell; Each of my items is in good operating condition, reasonable wear, and is not damaged/incomplete; Any repaired item was repaired by the original manufacturer; None of my items is recalled/unsafe for others). I understand that if I have a Fast Pass, I will lose it for bringing an item that does not meet these specifications OR for bringing 3 or more items that do not meet the season/fashion requirements set forth by JBF.
I understand that items JBF cannot accept will be returned to me at the final step of drop off. Any items pulled from the sale floor DURING the sale will be placed in a rejected items area for me to gather at item pick up. JBF will donate all items marked “Donate”, and all other items not picked up by 8pm on SATURDAY.
I understand that JBF will sell the items for the price listed in the encoding of the BARCODE of tags I have created-price, reduction status, and donation status may NOT be changed after printed. A star (printed on the JBF tag) means that my items will remain full price on discount days.
I understand that I will be paid by eCheck within 24-48 hours of item pick up. I will have 90 days to cash/deposit the check, after which a $40 administrative fee will be imposed for a re-issue. After one year, the only method of payment re-issue is JBF Bucks to be spent at the Springfield location.
By participating in any Event (in any capacity, including but not limited to as a shopper, consignor, or Team Member), you agree, on behalf of yourself and any of your minor children attending with you, that your photograph, video, or other digital media
